Breda Reed, Therapy Services Manager - MD at Yesability.

I am Breda and very proud to lead the superstar team at Yesability.

My career began in Ireland and completed a 4 years Honours Degree in Social Care Work followed by a Post Graduate in Applied Behavioural Analysis. Migrated to Australia in 2011 and secured a role managing residential homes for teenage kids in the care of the CEO.

Also, gaining experience in working with Child Protection before moving back into a Positive Behaviour Support role in 2015 and have remained in this field since.

Previous roles prior to moving to Australia include working in the mental health sector and in Autism schools. I am really passionate about Positive Behaviour Support, about creating inclusive and supportive environments and promoting positive behavioural change.

I love learning and being part of progressing the sector. My goal is to complete a postgraduate in Psychology, I study part-time and love being able to link theory to practice.
