Courtney is the Service Delivery Manager for Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) at YesAbility’s Canning Vale office. She is a Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) and an Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS Commission), with seven years’ experience across psychology, behaviour support, training, and service leadership.
Courtney specialises in PBS for complex presentations, including high-risk and forensic disability caseloads. She is highly skilled in clinical assessment and formulation, developing and reviewing Behaviour Support Plans (interim, standard, and comprehensive), and guiding teams to reduce and eliminate restrictive practices wherever possible. Her work is grounded in NDIS requirements and relevant legislative and safeguarding frameworks, with a strong focus on ethical decision-making, safety planning, and practical, proactive supports that can be implemented consistently.
With a strong background in training, supervision, and capability-building, Courtney supports new entry, core, and proficient practitioners to strengthen clinical reasoning, documentation quality, and real-world implementation outcomes. She also brings experience in psychological assessment and is known for a calm, structured approach that helps participants and their support networks achieve meaningful improvements in safety, participation, and quality of life.
