Brand and Design Manager
Lauren is YesAbility’s Design and Brand Manager, with more than 20 years’ experience in graphic design, branding, and visual communication. She specialises in building clear, accessible design systems and communication materials that support connection, consistency, and inclusion across the organisation.
Working across teams, Lauren helps ensure YesAbility’s visual identity is applied with purpose—so information is easy to understand, aligned to the brand, and accessible to the people who need it. She partners closely with practitioners, leadership, and external collaborators to translate complex ideas into engaging, plain-English communication that supports both internal teams and the broader community.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys surface pattern design, photography, and exploring wild places. She’s a sustainability nerd, keeper of chickens and sumo aficionado!
