Kezia is YesAbility’s Administration & Quality Officer and joined the organisation in 2025. She brings strong experience across HR administration, compliance, and quality assurance within NDIS and community services environments, with a focus on building clear systems that support safe, consistent service delivery.
Kezia supports the organisation by managing service agreements, maintaining accurate records and documentation, supporting employee onboarding, tracking compliance requirements, and ensuring information is organised and accessible across teams. She has experience managing incident reporting processes, maintaining risk and continuous improvement registers, and preparing evidence and documentation for audits.
