Jasleen brings a diverse Therapy Assistant background, supporting people across a wide range of ages and life stages. She has worked with children and adolescents to build functional life skills, emotional regulation, and independence—helping young people prepare for everyday life and future goals.
Her experience also includes supporting older adults living with acquired brain injury (ABI) and dementia, assisting children transitioning from primary to high school, and walking alongside families through major life changes (including moving from the family home into Supported Independent Living (SIL)). Jasleen provides practical, steady support that helps maintain stability and continuity of care.
Jasleen is passionate about mental health and wellbeing through a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework. She focuses on understanding the function of behaviour, building on strengths, teaching meaningful skills, and shaping supportive environments—working collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve person-centred, sustainable outcomes.
