Accounts Officer

YesAbility provides various specialist therapy services, working directly with the community, schools and with various departments. We deliver Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention and Forensic Counselling services throughout Perth metro, regional and other remote cities and towns across Western Australia

Offices are in Osborne Park and Canning Vale, this position is based in Osborne Park.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

Working from home for an agreed time, can be discussed following probation. However, a good face-to-face team & support environment is not negotiable.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree Accounting, Commerce, Business
• Certified in accounting practices, CPA, CA , CMA, ACCA are desired certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable – From Echidna(CRM) process weekly bulk billing to NDIS plus fortnightly billing to Plan Managers and upload to Xero accounts system. Reconcile and resolve any variances
• Accounts Payable – Oversee clerical staff entry of Bills and Expense Claims into Xero. In addition, manage cash flow and timely payment of bills owing to vendors
• Manage Purchase Orders
• Assist Management Accountant with various tasks
• Assist Executives and Management team with queries and tasks from time to time
