Aisling is a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner at YesAbility. She holds a Master of Arts in Social Care Management and a BA (Honours) in Applied Social Studies in Social Care, and brings a strong background supporting people with complex needs in community and outreach settings.
Aisling has extensive experience in case management, risk assessment, and crisis intervention, and is known for calm, respectful communication and practical problem-solving. Her work has included supporting people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, trauma, and substance use, with a consistent focus on dignity, choice, and safety.
