Anastasia
PBS Practitioner
A super Positive – Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, working with individuals across the lifespan, from children and young people through to adults and older people. My practice is grounded in neuro-affirming, person-centred principles and focuses on understanding each individual’s unique experiences.
I have a particular interest in supporting children and young people, especially in the areas of autism and child and adolescent development, while also supporting adults with complex needs. I aim to develop practical and respectful support strategies that enhance quality of life and promote autonomy.
I place strong value on advocacy and holistic support, recognising the impact of social, emotional, and sensory factors on behaviour and well-being.
My goal is to ensure that people feel heard, understood, and empowered, and that support is tailored, meaningful, and aligned with each person’s values, rights, and goals.
