Anastasia

Anastasia is a Team Lead in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) at YesAbility. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Curtin University (2023) and brings a strong foundation in advocacy, case management, and trauma-informed practice, supporting people across the lifespan.

Her background includes supporting women experiencing family and domestic violence, where she contributed to intake processes, safety planning, and practical, strengths-based support. Anastasia also has experience in research and evaluation, contributing to reports and projects focused on improving access to supports for carers—building her ability to translate complex information into clear, useful recommendations.

In her PBS leadership role, Anastasia is known for high-quality report writing and excellent implementation skills—helping ensure strategies are practical, consistent, and workable in real-world settings. Highly organised and genuinely supportive, she provides steady guidance to both participants and practitioners, with clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and a strong commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice.
