Darcy is a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner with over 3 years experience supporting children and families within the disability sector. Darcy holds a degree in Psychology and Counselling from Edith Cowan University and brings valuable frontline insight from her background in disability support work.
Darcy is passionate about working alongside children, their families, and the community to create meaningful, practical change. Her approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and evidence-based, with a strong focus on collaboration. She works closely with families, schools, and support teams to develop proactive strategies that reduce behaviours of concern while building skills, confidence, and independence.
Darcy enjoys using creative and engaging approaches in sessions to support participants to reach their NDIS and behavioural goals. For Darcy, Positive Behaviour Support is ultimately about improving quality of life and strengthening the relationships that matter most.
