Debbie is an Advanced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner at YesAbility and has been with the organisation since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Edith Cowan University, Bunbury) and brings extensive experience across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, and adults through disability and family-centred practice.
Deborah has a strong background in working alongside participants and families with complex support needs to develop and implement NDIS-funded supports, including capacity building, equipment, disability-related health supports, and Positive Behaviour Support.
