Calm and empathetic approach with no jargon and no judgement. I am a calm and approachable style that helps people feel comfortable and supported. I take a practical, strengths-based approach, working collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams to develop strategies that fit real life. Known for building trust quickly, I focus on creating clear, meaningful plans without judgement or complexity.
Erica is a Bunbury local (and down-to-earth mum of one) with a calm, personable style that helps people feel comfortable quickly. You can expect a calm and empathetic approach with no jargon, no judgement, and definitely no “clipboard energy”.
She’s the kind of practitioner who can have a genuine chat, build trust, and still keep things structured and purposeful. Erica brings warmth, humour, and a practical, strengths-based approach to Positive Behaviour Support across Bunbury and surrounding areas, helping participants, families, and support teams make sense of what’s happening and agree on supports that actually fit real life.
Behind the friendly approach is strong study and commitment: with undergraduate studies in Arts (Public Relations and Politics) a Certificate in Creative and Art Therapy, a Graduate Certificate in Psychology, a Certificate in Engaging in Positive Behaviour Support (Monash University), and she’s currently completing her Master’s in Counselling.
