Hayley

Hayley is the Service Delivery Manager for Occupational Therapy at YesAbility. She is an experienced Occupational Therapist with more than a decade of practice across community health, rehabilitation, and NDIS settings, working with both adults and children.

Hayley’s clinical expertise includes functional assessment, goal-based intervention planning, and the delivery of evidence-informed therapy supports that build independence and participation. She has strong capability in assistive technology assessment and prescription, and is trained in both basic and complex home modifications. Hayley is also experienced in completing Functional Capacity Assessments and Home and Living assessment reports, with a clear understanding of NDIS requirements and “reasonable and necessary” supports.

Alongside clinical practice, Hayley brings substantial leadership experience, including clinical governance, supervision and development of clinicians, and service planning to support quality, consistency, and strong outcomes. She is known for clear, high-quality reporting and collaborative work with participants, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
