Jasleen is a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Curtin University and brings a strong foundation in mental health and therapeutic support roles.
Jasleen’s previous experience includes working as a therapy assistant in paediatric settings, supporting occupational therapy and speech therapy sessions (including occasional group programs), preparing therapy resources, and completing clear session notes and documentation. She also brings experience from aged care and education environments, supporting wellbeing, maintaining accurate records, and providing reliable day-to-day coordination and communication with participants, families, and teams.
In her PBS role, Jasleen is committed to person-centred, strengths-based practice and values building rapport with diverse individuals and support networks. She is known for her organisation, proactive approach, and clear communication, supporting consistent implementation and meaningful progress toward participant goals.
