Marianne is a Team Lead in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) at YesAbility. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Edith Cowan University and is currently completing an Advanced Graduate Diploma of Psychology.
Marianne has worked in behaviour support roles since 2023 and brings experience developing client-centred Behaviour Support Plans informed by behavioural assessment and data collection. She supports services delivered in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, including identifying restrictive practices and developing fade-out plans. Marianne also provides staff training and implementation support to help families and support teams apply strategies consistently in everyday settings.
With experience working with both children and adults, Marianne focuses on practical, participant-led supports that build choice, independence, and progress toward meaningful goals. She is known for strong organisation, clear communication, and high standards in documentation and follow-through. Marianne places strong value on advocacy and holistic support, recognising the impact of social, emotional, and sensory factors on behaviour and well-being.
