Paul
PBS Practitioner
A Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and Learning & Development professional with over 15 years’ experience supporting individuals, teams, and organisations across community services, education and government settings. I specialise in developing evidence based Positive Behaviour Support Plans, delivering trauma informed training, and guiding carers, families, and staff to implement practical strategies that build capacity and improve quality of life.
I am passionate about person centred, strengths based practice and enjoy working collaboratively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful, sustainable outcomes. My background in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, adult education, and capability development enables me to translate complex information into clear, achievable goals and support plans.
My goal is to empower people to develop new skills, enhance independence, and experience greater safety, wellbeing, and confidence in their daily lives.
