Paul

Paul is a Team Lead in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) at YesAbility and joined the organisation in 2023. He holds a Master of Social Work (University of New England, 2023), a Master of Criminology, and a Bachelor of Sociology, and brings a strong background across youth mental health, disability support, and community-based services.

Paul’s experience includes intake assessment, crisis intervention, and case management with young people and families, alongside comprehensive assessment and care planning. He is skilled in risk assessment, case formulation, and trauma-informed practice, and is known for clear documentation and practical, outcomes-focused support.

In his PBS leadership role, Paul supports high-quality, person-centred practice across the team, drawing on his experience working with complex presentations and safeguarding considerations. He values collaborative work with participants, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to support meaningful goals, reduce risk, and strengthen quality of life.
