Rebecca

Rebecca is a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner at YesAbility and joined the organisation in 2025. She is currently completing a Graduate Master of Occupational Therapy at Curtin University and holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Central Queensland University.

Rebecca brings experience supporting participants with complex needs through assessment, planning, and coordination in community and regional settings. Her background includes specialist support coordination work, where she supported participants to navigate services, prepare for plan reviews, and implement practical supports aligned to their goals. She is experienced in working with funding boundaries, service agreements, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen consistency and outcomes.

Rebecca also brings experience working with children and young people through education and community roles, and values clear communication, practical problem-solving, and participant-led planning.
