Bethan is a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner with an Irish background and a strong focus on early intervention. She holds a BA in Children’s Studies and a Master of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis (University of Galway), and has been supporting children and families since 2020 through evidence-based behaviour support grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
Bethan has experience working across school and early childhood settings, including roles as a behavioural analyst and educator. Her work includes completing Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans informed by assessment outcomes, as well as delivering skill-building programs to support communication, social development, and daily living skills. She is confident using structured assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and ESDM, and she collects and reviews daily data to track progress and translate outcomes into clear, practical reporting for families and teams.
Known for being engaging and approachable, Bethan brings a warm, bubbly style and a genuine ability to build rapport. She provides parent and staff training (in person and via telehealth) and works closely with multidisciplinary professionals to support consistent implementation—helping strategies fit naturally within home, school, and community life.
