Twinnette

Twinnette is a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner in Kalgoorlie and joined the organisation in 2025. She holds a Certificate IV in Disability and is currently completing a Master of Counselling. Twinnette brings a diverse background across disability services, care coordination, and human resources, with strong strengths in systems, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Twinnette has experience supporting participants with complex needs across community and home-based settings, including mental health disability, autism, communication needs, and age-related conditions. Her work includes interpreting NDIS plans and budgets, supporting service agreements and end-of-plan processes, and contributing to safe, consistent support through documentation, incident reporting, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She also brings experience supporting teams through scheduling systems and capacity-building initiatives.

Twinnette values inclusive, person-centred practice and is committed to supporting participant safety, rights, and meaningful community participation. She can also communicate using basic sign language.
