About us

About us

At YesAbility, we work alongside people, families and communities to build skills, strengthen confidence and support meaningful participation in everyday life. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live an empowered and fulfilling life, and we are here to make that possible.

YesAbility is a specialist therapy provider delivering personalised, evidence-informed supports across Western Australia. Our multidisciplinary team works with children, young people and adults, as well as their families, carers and support networks, to achieve outcomes that matter in real life.

We provide a range of services including Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Early Intervention, Counselling, Functional Capacity Assessments, psychology, and targeted skill development. Our approach is practical, person-centred and grounded in everyday environments, whether that is at home, in school, at work or within the community. We focus on building capability, not dependency, supporting each person to develop the tools, confidence and independence they need to navigate their world.

Our work is driven by a clear purpose: to enhance and support others to live empowered and fulfilling lives.

We believe inclusion is created through action, through listening, understanding and working in partnership with the people we support. Every individual’s goals, strengths and experiences shape the way we deliver our services.

YesAbility supports people across the lifespan, from early intervention through to adulthood, and collaborates closely with families, educators, allied health professionals and community organisations. By taking a connected and holistic approach, we help create consistent, supportive environments that enable long-term, meaningful outcomes.

With a growing presence across Western Australia, including hubs in Osborne Park, Canning Vale, Albany, Geraldton and Kalgoorlie and a presence in many regional areas, our team is committed to delivering accessible, high-quality services that respond to the needs of local communities.

Since our establishment, YesAbility has continued to evolve in response to the people and communities we serve. What remains constant is our commitment to inclusion, respect and delivering support that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives.
