Get support

Parents and carers

A typical journey for parents and carers begins with an understanding your child or family member’s needs and goals.

From there we move into collaborative assessment, tailored therapy supports and practical strategies you can use day-to-day — with ongoing guidance as needs change and your child grows.

Let us help you find the support you need so your child can thrive — and your family can feel confident, informed and supported every step of the way.

Common questions

How do I know if my child or family member is eligible for support?

We’ll talk through your child’s needs, goals and current supports, and help you work out whether our services are the right fit. If you have an NDIS plan, we can guide you on how your funding may apply.

What does the first appointment involve?

The first session is all about getting to know your child and your family’s priorities. It may include informal observation, conversation and an initial assessment to understand strengths, challenges and goals — always at a pace that feels comfortable.

Can I be involved in the therapy process?

Absolutely — and we hope you will be. We work closely with families, sharing strategies, coaching and regular updates so you feel confident supporting progress at home and in everyday routines.

How long will it take to see progress?

Progress looks different for every child and depends on their goals, needs and the consistency of support. We focus on meaningful, achievable outcomes, and we’ll review and adjust the plan together as we go.
