What is specialist counselling?

Our counsellors provide face-to-face counselling, therapy and education on relationships and sexuality for young people and adults, partners, families, friends and carers. YesAbility specialises in counselling for people with disability.

We help develop individualised support plans, therapy, intervention and preventative strategies. We also carry out client assessments when needed, and review progress to evidence outcomes throughout the counselling process.

Our services include Forensic Sexology, which addresses the legal, social and behavioural dimensions of human sexuality.

We also offer Sexology Counselling — a specialised form of therapy that supports people with the sexual and relational challenges they face. The goal is to help individuals work through these challenges and improve their sexual and relational wellbeing.
