I am a PBS practitioner with a background in applied research, focused on translating clinical evidence into practical solutions for real-world challenges. I believe in developing strategies that are clinically informed, tailored for each individual, and practical for clients and stakeholders to implement. I take time to understand each person’s needs, context, and priorities, which helps ensure support is both meaningful and achievable. I also value clear communication, which supports effective collaboration across different disciplines and drives holistic outcomes
