My approach is grounded in curiosity, reflection and a genuine passion for learning, particularly around brain–behaviour relationships and the many factors that shape how people think, feel and behave. I think the best support comes from never losing that curiosity about the person in front of you, while drawing on current research, emerging approaches and meaningful outcomes to guide practice. I value recognising when something is not working, being willing to adapt, and allowing our approach to evolve as the person does.
