Compliance and Audit Officer

Naomi is a Compliance and Audit Officer at YesAbility and joined the organisation in 2024. She brings hands-on experience across NDIS administration and compliance, with a strong understanding of NDIS guidelines.

Before moving into compliance, Naomi worked as an NDIS Plan Manager, supporting participants and providers to ensure invoices and claims aligned with NDIS requirements on a case-by-case basis. She is experienced in managing high caseloads, responding to participant and provider enquiries, and working directly with external providers and the NDIA to resolve issues and support positive outcomes.

Naomi also brings a solid background in medical administration, with experience managing appointments, records, referrals, and accurate data entry. She is proficient across key systems including Careview and PRODA/PACE, and is known for her organised, approachable style and clear communication. Naomi is currently completing a Double Diploma of Business (Operations) & Leadership Management, alongside qualifications in individual support.
